# FAQ - Billing & Sales

1. Do you **offer** a **demo** or **free trial**?

**A.** **Yep**! We provide a **15-day risk-free free trial** with every new signup.

2. Where can I **find** your **pricing** for Report Pundit?

**A**. Our prices are published at <https://www.reportpundit.com/pricing>

3. Will you give **special pricing** to **multi-stores**?

**A.** If you manage multiple Shopify websites, [contact us:](https://www.reportpundit.com/contact-us) We’ll work with you to create a **cost-friendly solution** for your entire multi-store environment.

4. Do you have **tools** that help me with **training**?

**A.** **Yes**. We want to make your Report Pundit experience a wonderful one, so we provide [**tutorials**, ](https://youtu.be/qvonWUVvj9c?si=NzXJcpxSL3tVHpQl)**documentation**, interactive guides, and an intro wizard if you’re just getting started using our service.

5. Does the **15-day trial** allow me to **access all features** or only the basic plan features?

**A.** During your **15-day free trial**, you'll have access to **all Report Pundit features**. After the trial period ends, you can select a plan to continue using Report Pundit

6. Do you **offer discount** pricing for **annual plans**?

**A.** **Sorry**, we do not offer annual pricing plans at this time.

7. Why am I restricted to choosing **only one plan** among the **available plans** in Report Pundit?

**A.** Report Pundit pricing is directly based on your **Shopify store plan**: Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.  Each store type has a **different number of orders**, and hence contains a different amount of information.

8. What are the **different pricing plans** available?

**A.** Our pricing plans are designed to cater to the varying needs of our customers. Based on the total number of orders placed, we offer two pricing plans - **a free plan** and **a paid plan**. Customers who have **less than 1000 total orders** are eligible for our **free plan**, while customers who have **more than 1000 orders** will need to use our **paid plan**.

This ensures that our customers **pay only for the services required**, and can easily upgrade to a paid plan if their order volume grows beyond the threshold.

9. Need additional user management accounts ?<br>

**A.** Your plan includes **up to 20 users**. If you need more seats, you can add a **10-user pack for $5/month**. This fee is added to your existing subscription.

* **What’s included:** 20 users on the base plan.
* **Scaling up:** Each 10-user pack is **$5/month** (enabled via support).
* **Billing:** Add-ons are stacked on your current plan.
* **Example:** On a $60 plan, one 10-user pack totals **$65/month**.
