Learn about how to export reports to Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Drive

Note: The number of fields to appear in the PDF file depends on the type of fields selected. If the data in a field is lengthy (URL links & description), PDF limits the fields. Select fields that are most necessary. The PDF format can be exported in portrait & landscape mode.

 Steps to Export Reports without scheduling.

 1) Open the report

 2) Click the dropdown menu on the export widget and select the required format.

 3) The report gets downloaded automatically into your download folder if you select Excel/CSV. The report will open in a different tab if you select PDF, which you can manually save💾
 or print 🖨
as shown below.

 Click the arrow in the Export Button
​✔
 Select Export to Google Drive
​✔
 Select the Google Drive account or connect to a new account if you need.

 Select a folder and click the Export button to export the report to Google Drive
