A. Sorry, we do not offer annual pricing plans at this time.
Why am I restricted to choosing only one plan among the available plans in Report Pundit?
A. Report Pundit pricing is directly based on your Shopify store plan: Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. Each store type has a different number of orders, and hence contains a different amount of information.
Running more information through the app server demands more work from our end. Therefore, we offer our pricing based on the Shopify store plan.
What are the different pricing plans available?
A. Our pricing plans are designed to cater to the varying needs of our customers. Based on the total number of orders placed, we offer two pricing plans - a free plan and a paid plan. Customers who have less than 1000 total orders are eligible for our free plan, while customers who have more than 1000 orders will need to use our paid plan.
This ensures that our customers pay only for the services required, and can easily upgrade to a paid plan if their order volume grows beyond the threshold.
