# Monthly - Year to Date

### :clipboard: ***Steps to Schedule 'Year to Date' Monthly Reports***

1. **Open** the report that needs to be scheduled and **select** the **schedule button**.
2. **Select** the '**Monthly**' option. Click '**Next**'.
3. **Click** on '**Advanced options**'.
4. **Choose** the '**YTD**' option. Click on '**Next**'.

5. Choose ***"schedule by month date" or "schedule by month weekday".***\
   \
   \&#xNAN;*For "*schedule by month date*": Choose the day of the month and the delivery time the report needs to be delivered.*

         ***OR***

      *For "**schedule by month weekday**": Choose the days of the week for the report to be delivered.*

6. **Select** the output option. **Add** or **Integrate** an account if required.
7. Finally, **fill** in the required fields and **select** the output file **format**. Click on '**Save**'.
