Fetch the data from a static(fixed) date every month. For example, consider the Static Start Date to be May 1, 2021. The report will run from May 1 to May 7, May 1 to May 14, and so on.

Open the report that needs to be scheduled and select the schedule button.
Select the 'Weekly' option. Click on 'Next'.
Click on 'Advanced options'.
Choose the 'Static Start Date' option. Click on 'Next'.
Select the desired Static Start Date. Click on 'Next'.
Pick the Delivery day and time. Click on 'Next'.
Choose the output option. Add or Integrate an account if required.
Finally, fill in the required fields and select the output file format. Click on 'Save'.
